Tarte Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty, trends & social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong relationships within the influencer space. You'll play a key role in shaping Tarte's influencer marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and growing the tarte influencer presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with industry trends & brand goals.

Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Work with the team to meet deliverables and execute influencer campaigns that support product launches, brand moments & seasonal initiatives.

Creatively support Tarte's influencer mailer calendar, ensuring timely execution of creative mailer programs with the team curating each mailer to a niche audience

Proactively seek new influencer opportunities, identifying emerging talent & trends to keep Tarte at the forefront of the beauty industry.

Drive creative gifting programs that make a lasting impression, fostering strong influencer relationships & brand loyalty.

Collaborate cross-functionally with social, PR, brand and digital teams to integrate influencer strategies into broader brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of influencer marketing experience (in-house or agency).

Strong existing relationships with influencers & a deep understanding of the beauty industry.

A pulse on social media trends & digital marketing strategies to inform influencer campaigns.

Experience managing a team and driving results through collaboration & leadership.

Highly creative & strategic thinker, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.

A proactive mindset with a "think outside the box" approach to influencer engagement & gifting.
