Industrial Maintenance

Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify the root cause of problems
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts, components, or systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
