Schedule: Mon?Fri, 8:30am?5pm, must be able to work 1-2 weekend days every 4-6wks. On weeks where weekend days are worked, 1 day during the week will be flexed off. Salary up to $87,360.00 or more, depending on experience.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation?(with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

• Masters? Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required.

• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred
• Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field.

• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor

• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
