The House of Mercier is seeking dedicated Inbound Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. As an Inbound Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our customers, showcasing our commitment to quality and service excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with their questions regarding products, order placements, and tracking.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and experience with common software applications.
