In-Home Visit Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.?
• Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
• May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
• Provide instruction/ education on medication?
• Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
• Home Care experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
