Immigration Attorney

Our law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our Irvine office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of immigration matters, including investment-based, family-based, and employment-based cases. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with a global team to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex immigration cases, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Provide expert legal counsel and customized solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
• Assist in the management and operations of the Irvine office to meet local client needs.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar (CA BAR) license required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with expertise in investment-based, family-based, and employment-based immigration.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong case management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
• Previous experience building client relationships and contributing to firm growth is a plus.
