Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year experience in HVAC Service and Maintenance, or experience in electrical, plumbing,or mechanical trades required

• Is dependable selfstarter

• Mechanically inclined, understands diagnostic workflows

• Provides exceptional customer service

• Possesses leadership qualities

• Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives

• Commits to daily workflow to meet scheduled appointments

Requirements:

• Highly organized and motivated

• Excellent communication skills

• Works well with all teams and support personnel

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment background check

Pay: $25-$50 Per Hour wage with Bonus and Commission opportunities.

Work Location: Field- residential accounts- Local to assigned office
