HVAC Installer

Tradesmen International is seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our team in Cleveland, OH . As an HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in ensuring optimal climate control within commercial buildings by installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We offer competitive pay rates up to $35/hour based on experience and performance.

Your responsibilities will encompass the installation of HVAC systems, troubleshooting malfunctioning units, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Explain HVAC system operation to customers and guide them in using their systems efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other tradespeople on job sites to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, preferably in residential or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and units.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC certificate program is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
