HVAC Install Lead

As the HVAC Install Lead at PipeDreams, you will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your day will typically involve managing a team of technicians, ensuring that installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that every project is completed efficiently and on time.

You can expect to earn between $35 and $60 hourly with our base and commission plan -- which is completely uncapped!

Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years of recent full-time experience in HVAC installation.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the installation of AC systems, mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
