Job Title: HVAC Construction Manager
Location: Vacaville, California
Pay Range:
$120,000 - $130,000
What's the Job?
Oversee project development, including organization, scheduling, and execution of HVAC projects.
Collaborate with owners, contractors, and vendors to address HVAC-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage procurement and timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials to each project.
Direct and coordinate a team to effectively meet project objectives while maintaining professionalism.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and community regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
A strong track record in overseeing both commercial (multifamily) and residential construction projects.
A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related area is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leadership positions and hands-on field experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
A valid California Driver?s License is required.
