Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking an HVAC Construction Manager to join their team. As an HVAC Construction Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Construction Manager
Location: Vacaville, California
Pay Range:
$120,000 - $130,000
What's the Job?
Oversee project development, including organization, scheduling, and execution of HVAC projects.
Collaborate with owners, contractors, and vendors to address HVAC-related issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage procurement and timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials to each project.
Direct and coordinate a team to effectively meet project objectives while maintaining professionalism.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and community regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
A strong track record in overseeing both commercial (multifamily) and residential construction projects.
A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related area is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leadership positions and hands-on field experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
A valid California Driver?s License is required.
