HSE Analyst

Our client, a leader in the Health and Safety industry, is seeking a HSE Analyst to join their team. As a HSE Analyst, you will be part of the Health and Safety department supporting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

$32.69/HR

What's the Job?

Enhancing Safety Culture: Integrate HSE culture into daily processes to create a safer work environment.

Identifying and Addressing Gaps: Determine gaps within corporate HSE initiatives and local policies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Incident Management: Conduct hazard identification, incident investigation, and risk assessment to prevent future incidents.

Training and Awareness: Deliver training and communicate HSE practices to raise awareness of safety procedures.

Supporting Environmental Management: Coordinate environmental activities and support sustainability initiatives to contribute to the company's goals.

What's Needed?

Two-year University degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or a related field.

5-7 years of Industrial HSE experience, preferably in Manufacturing or Automotive.

Strong Health and Safety fundamentals with the ability to champion safety behaviors.

Proficiency in risk assessment techniques to evaluate workplace hazards.

Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and international standards.
