What you'll do:

As a Houseman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facility remains in top condition for our clients and staff. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Follow office opening and closing procedures which include but are not limited to: preparing the conference rooms and common areas for the day's operations, tending to the multi-level balcony furniture, setting up for important meetings/events, keeping snack and beverage areas clean and stocked, etc.
• Mail Room duties: Collecting and distributing mail to the correct location.
• Work with the Guest Service Agent to create an upscale experience for all visitors.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, dependable, and highly organized. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Flexibility in performing a variety of dutieswhile keeping a high quality of execution
• Physical stamina tobe on feet for entirety of shift (besides breaks) and lift/moveitems as needed.
