Job Description:

Dartcor is looking for a talented and dynamicBarista with bartending experience to join our team for a full-time role. In this position, you'll have the opportunity totake ownership of the coffee and smoothie/juice preparation,assist the bartender,and contribute to the overall success of our caf?. Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, Americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews, and other specialty beverages.

• Smoothie/Juice Bar: Prepare and serve fresh juices/smoothiesaccording to guest preferences.
• Barback: Support bar operations during happy hours and events.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all customers with a positive attitude and a friendly smile, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
• Caf? Operations: Assist with expediting during busy service times, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the caf?, and helping with any other tasks as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside caf? managers and team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service at all times.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a barista/barback/food service.
• Proficiency in making a wide range of coffee and smoothie/juice beverages, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to jump in and assist with various roles in the caf?, including food prep and expediting during busy times.
• A team player who is adaptable and willing to contribute to all aspects of caf? operations.
