We are seeking a Hotel Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction management, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Must be able to travel frequently to job sites.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings and perform accurate take-offs.
• Five or more years of construction experience preferred.

• Oversee hotel construction projects from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts, ensuring all trades are efficiently signed out within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction teams to meet contractual performance conditions.
• Prepare and manage job status reports, daily progress updates, estimates, and delivery schedules.
• Obtain necessary permits in collaboration with relevant entities.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that construction meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct daily project reviews to monitor quality, contract compliance, and adherence to budget and timelines.
• Supervise and support superintendents to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, hiring qualified subcontractors and superintendents, and collaborating with engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
• Develop logical project schedules and allocate time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Interpret and explain plans, contract terms, and project details to teams, clients, and subcontractors.
