Compassionate Care at End of Life
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team. In this role, you will provide essential physical and emotional support to patients nearing the end of their lives, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and peace.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Manage pain and symptoms to enhance patient comfort.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with sensitivity and compassion in challenging situations.
