A typical day involves tackling a variety of handyman projects - from hanging televisions to performing general repairs and maintenance, you will work independently, utilizing your skills and creativity to efficiently complete a diverse range of projects. Our goal is to provide the best Craftsmen with the resources and support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance or trades
• A valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• A reliable personal vehicle (car, truck, van, or SUV)
• Ownership of basic tools necessary for general maintenance, repairs, and handyman projects
• Ability to climb ladders
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds without assistance
• Must reside within 30 miles of Eden Prairie, MN
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, customers, and vendors
• Punctual, efficient, and committed to exceeding customer expectations
• MOST IMPORTANTLY - Must commit to being the GREATEST OF ALL TIME (GOAT Handyman)

• Professional trades licenses
• Leadership experience
• Experience managing maintenance teams and/or trades professionals
