ArentFox Schiff is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the 3rd or 4th year class of the healthcare group in its New York office. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in transactional, real estate, financing and regulatory matters. Experience with long term care and senior living providers, home health agencies, other institutional health care providers, private equity, investment banks and other institutional clients is a plus. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate?s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for associates to receive: hours-based productivity bonuses, cash bonuses for business generation and expansion, and merit-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.
