The opportunity.

The Quantexa Product division plays a pivotal role in driving our growth, shaping mission-critical aspects of our business through collaboration with Solutions, Product Management, and Industry experts.
As the Head of Risk Solutions for North America, you will be at the forefront of providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise. You will play a key role in enabling and upskilling our regional banking and insurance teams across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and alliancesfueling market expansion and growth.


Your impact will be significant as you contribute to defining the North America strategy, executing key priorities, and delivering thought leadership to both partners and clients. By showcasing how Quantexa's Decision Intelligence platform addresses complex challenges across the value chain, you will help shape the future of our industry.

We are open to candidates based across the US however our teams are based predominantly across the East Coast. Monthly travel within the region is likely to balance participation at key events and customer meetings.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Actively engaging with Sales, Alliances and Pre-Sales teams to help pursue and win strategic deals within different regions, becoming a trusted advisor for North America.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in the market and sharing guidance on how they impact our solutions and product strategy.
  • Develop product value-chain messaging and content which can be leveraged in localized marketing efforts representing the "voice of risk for banking / insurance" across key events and speaking opportunities.
  • Supporting Product Management to represent the "voice of the market" and translate priorities into solution design, and roadmap definitions.
  • Work with the Alliances team to nurture strategic partnership relationships across independent consulting, technology and data companies to drive scale and differentiation.
  • Regular involvement in customer account planning and strategy sessions for key accounts within NA as well as support development and execution of the go-to-market strategy with Sales and Alliances.
  • Working with the Global Head of Risk to shape our solutions strategy and future roadmap for risk management.
  • Best of all, you'll be acting as the face for Risk Solutions in North Americaadding value to our clients and partners at every opportunity.

What you'll bring:

  • The ability to engage a room. You'll have the ability to quickly get the trust and respect of our Sales Teams and Customers, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion and energy for the market and the impact that data, technology and AI can have for good within the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience of being a Risk Management subject matter expert in financial services. Its essential you have experience within credit and ESG risk management (with broader risk experience desirable).
  • Strong understanding of the role that data and transformational technology plays within the value-chain and an ability to translate the importance of software to both technical & business stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience with data &/or analytics software and deep knowledge of the banking/insurance value-chain, particularly in areas such as underwriting/distribution, portfolio management, analytics and credit decisioning.
  • A keen desire to learn and be part of an exciting and growing team, bringing creativity to contribute to development of the solution materials covering all aspects of our product.

Nice-to-have experience and skills:

  • Exposure & experience working with Insurtech companies and hyper-scale software companies
  • Technical acumen to build custom demos, wireframes and solution designs &/or an understanding of big data or data science.
  • Existing knowledge of Graph analytics.
  • Advisory & Consulting experience.
