Careforce is reimagining healthcare delivery from the ground up. Backed by a multi-million-dollar seed investment from W Health Ventures and incubated by 2070 Health. We are building the future of healthcare delivery by creating a HoldCo of asset-light management services organizations (MSOs) for outpatient physician specialties, entering the market through Interventional Psychiatry.

We're creating a next-generation, AI-driven Operating System (OS) that seamlessly connects with existing healthcare tech stacks EHR, Practice Management, CRM, billing, and revenue cycle management while automating critical workflows across practice operations and the patient journey. As Head of Product, you'll own the vision and execution of this transformative platform and lay the foundation for future specialty-specific solutions.?

What You'll Own

• Product Strategy & Vision

• Craft and execute the product vision for the OS.

• Architect a multi-layered automation strategy powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Voice AI improving workflows like benefits verification, prior authorizations, patient engagement, and revenue cycle management.

• Drive healthcare innovation by removing administrative friction and freeing providers to focus on care.

• Technology Leadership

• Lead end-to-end API integrations across third-party healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Build an intelligent automation layer to streamline patient onboarding, clinical operations, and revenue cycle management.

• Partner with engineering to design a scalable, secure infrastructure ready to evolve with future specialties.

• User-Centric Product Design

• Deeply understand mental health providers' day-to-day needs and design solutions that feel like a natural extension of their workflow.

• Deliver intuitive, powerful product experiences that eliminate administrative burdens and boost operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure adoption and success.

• Leadership & Execution

• Build and lead a world-class product team from the ground up.

• Own the product roadmap, KPIs, and strategic decision-making alongside business and growth leadership.

Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Must-Have Experience

• 7+ years in product leadership roles, ideally within high tech and/or healthcare industries.

• Deep expertise in API-driven integrations, preferably with healthcare systems (EHR, Practice Management, CRM, billing).

• Strong technical background in AI, automation, and cloud-based SaaS platforms.

• Proven success building and scaling data-sensitive products in highly regulated environments.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare data integrations and patient-facing software.

• Track record of launching AI-powered automation solutions in healthcare.

• Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7, payer data systems).
