Hazwoper Laborer - Wildfire Recovery

We are looking for candidates with various experience levels who are ready to make an immediate positive impact in helping our community recover. We are looking for General Laborer type personnel that have experience working in various industries like construction, restoration and emergency response. Prior experience with oil spills, debris recovery, etc are a plus. You will need to get the 40 Hour Hazwoper Certification and will be provided necessary personal protective equipment, etc. We can assist in that regard as needed. Local residents preferred. If you don't live on the island - please be patient with our response. Our goal is to get as many of our local residents back to work as possible. These positions typically require long hours with 15-20 hours of overtime per week. Requirements

• Prior experience or interest in general labor in construction / restoration
• Experience working with hazardous materials is a great plus
• Experience working in previous emergency response projects is a great plus
• Ability and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, potentially 12+ hours per day, outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to learn and utilize various hardware, software and application

• Pay ranges are varied because of the wide array of projects
• Ranges: $21 - $30 depending on the type of work
