Guest Services Coordinator (On Call)

Skywalker Vineyards (On-Call) Guest Services Coordinators support ongoing event operations at Summit Skywalker Ranch. The Guest Services team is responsible for providing a high level of support to a number of operational areas including the front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping. Candidates who apply must be available to work various events, flexible shifts, weekends, early mornings, and evening shifts.

Guest Services Responsibilities:

• Supporting guest arrival and guest departure experiences, escorting guests to their suites, assisting with luggage, and offering concierge services.
• Preparing room key cards and conducting suite inspections prior to guests' arrivals.
• Maintain a high level of communication with all team members to ensure seamless service to all guests.
• Making flower arrangements for guest suites.
• Conduct inspections of all guest rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Food and beverage service including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, along with wine tastings.
• Polishing glasses and flatware, getting the space back together.
• Housekeeping duties include makeup and breakdown of guest suites.
• Skywalker Vineyards wine sales and ranch product sales.
• Supporting wine-tasting setup, and breakdown.
• Wine bay support in fulfillment with wine shipments throughout the year.
• Assist with annual projects at the Ranch such as olive oil bottling, labeling and winery duties, holiday decorations, cleaning, and organizing.

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within any industry, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Demonstrated positive, strong customer service interest, skills, and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks and priorities, with grace and enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of and passion for fine wines and winemaking.
• Demonstrative ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less or equal to 50lbs without assistance.
• Sit, stand, or walk for an extended period (8 hrs.)
• Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
