The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group. The candidates should have at least three years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance deals (including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and esoteric assets). Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers and issuers and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured lending transactions. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar. New York Applicants: Salaries may vary by location.
