Global Finance Mid-Level And Senior Associate

Paul Hastings? Global Finance team is seeking Mid-Level and Senior Associates with three to seven years of experience to join the firm?s rapidly growing practice in New York.
Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group?s clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds.
Candidates may sit in any of our U.S. offices and must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
