Job Description


The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for the Global Finance Group to work on private credit transactions. The candidates should have at least three years of experience with syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending representing either borrowers or lenders. Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents and generally leading financing transactions primarily on behalf of borrower and lender clients. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
