GEOINT Collection Requirements Manager

We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Global Dimensions is currently seeking a GEOINT Collection Requirements Manager for a position at Fort Shafter, Hawaii.

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. A Senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating all source intelligence operational environments, mission management, or collection management related to the GEOINT intelligence discipline
• 5+ years of experience with software-based requirements and RFI management systems such as COLISEUM, GETS, CHROME, CRATE, JIRA, TMT, and Microsoft Sharepoint in support of registering, validating, deconflicting, assigning, and scheduling crisis and non-crisis requirements for intelligence reporting or finished intelligence production
• Experience communicating with customers on production and collection requests to ensure that essential elements of information are included through the vetting process
• Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
• Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines and the concepts, tools, principles, processes and practices associated with the intelligence cycle to identify potential gaps and ensure the timely submission of new collection requirements
• Ability to create and maintain databases to better understand and synchronize intelligence picture, resource allocation, and staffing requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
• Experience with USINDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
• Experience collaborating with teams in Cyber, Air, Naval or Space domains
• Experience with teams of analysts of various sizes and skill levels with the ability to mentor and teach more junior analysts
• Experience synthesizing information from multi-INT reporting and tools to perform time critical research, finished intelligence production, and dissemination of time-sensitive intelligence information
• Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks
