Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of sales experts to achieve outstanding sales performance and exceed goals
• Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory and financial reporting
• Devising and implementing effective strategies to drive regional sales
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service

Requirements

• Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
