General Handyman

As a General Handyman, you will:

1. Provide reliable, high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residential clients.
2. Address diverse tasks, such as carpentry, minor electrical or plumbing repairs, drywall & painting, and general home maintenance (like hanging blinds, or caulking).
3. Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs, offer solutions, and deliver excellent service.
4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while completing projects efficiently and up to HandyGeeks' standards.
5. Collaborate with other team members.

Requirements

• Previous handyman, general contracting, or trade experience is required.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Own a reliable vehicle and basic tools for the job (specialized tools provided as needed).
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and quality.

Benefits

We are looking for an individual to start out part time and eventually come on full time as the business continues to expand. As a part-time 1099 subcontractor, you will start at $30-$35 per hour based off experience for and initial assessment period and increase to $40-$45 and hour wants work quality is proven.
