Job Description
- Candidates will have at least 8 years of experience.
- Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law. The ideal candidate will have firm and/or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters.
- Experience with corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters)
- Experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered.
- Candidates who are fluent in Japanese or Spanish are highly sought.
- Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice.
- Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.
