Who You Are The ideal candidate will have: You have 2 to 3 years experience working on debt finance transactions. You have experience with lender-side representation and experience with private equity and venture capital funds (preferred but not required). You have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing diligence items in connection with debt finance transactions. You have a familiarity with limited partnership agreements and possibly private equity and venture capital fund structures. You have a proven track-record of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple transactions simultaneously. You have an ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. You have a strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. You are an independent thinker that demonstrates commitment to client service. You desire to work in a team environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility You are a member of the Massachusetts bar.
