Job Description

Are you a Fund Accounting professional ready to take on a dynamic middle office role in a fast-paced investment environment? We are seeking a Fund Analyst for a 6-month contract (with potential to go permanent) to join a high-performing team in a leading investment management firm based in Boston.

Key Responsibilities:

Support middle office fund accounting operations across a wide range of investment products
Conduct analytical reporting and reconciliations
Collaborate closely with fund accountants and portfolio teams
Ensure accuracy in NAV calculations, trade settlements, and valuations
Provide insights and support across hedge fund and investment management structures
Assist in automating reporting processes (Python knowledge is a plus)

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

2 + years of experience in fund accounting within investment management or hedge funds
Deep understanding of a variety of financial instruments and fund structures
Proven track record in middle office or operational accounting roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional designation: CFA or CPA is a nice to have
Experience with analytical reporting and financial controls
Exposure to Python or similar tools is a significant advantage

Benefits

Paying up to $95k pro-rata.
