The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, build, test, maintain, and have a direct and meaningful impact on the roadmap of the digital platform. Responsibilities

• Champion and implement best practices in full stack engineering to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and product managers to iterate on user-centric product designs and implementations.
• Partner with engineering teams from client organizations to develop and deliver high-impact features.
• Architect and maintain a robust framework for service creation that evolves alongside the company's growth.
• Monitor system performance, identify usability-related traffic issues, and proactively resolve them.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to planning future API enhancements in collaboration with the development team.
• Support the development of new applications and features across web, mobile, and external client platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years building scalable web-based systems using Go and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of Go and JavaScript, including modern frameworks, tools, and efficient data handling
• Background in designing and maintaining microservices-based systems
• Familiar with both relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Cassandra
• Skilled in front-end development with React and state management using Redux
• Knowledge of message queue technologies like Kafka or similar platforms
• Track record of creating and managing RESTful services, with a solid grasp of REST architecture
• Practical experience using containerization (e.g., Docker), version control (e.g., Git), automation pipelines (CI/CD), and writing testable code (unit and integration)

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000.00.

Please note: While a salary range is provided, the final compensation will depend on your experience, skill set, and how well you're able to highlight your background throughout the interview process.
