You'll be working on software that helps companies connect their employees with their benefits offerings. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Work with our Lead Architects to improve both user experience and system architecture
• Collaborate with designers to bring creative frontend solutions to life
• Design and implement efficient backend services and APIs
• Take ownership of features from database to user interface, asking the right questions and offering innovative solutions
• Create clean, efficient code that maintains our high standards of quality across the stack

Requirements

• Frontend: Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap expertise
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js/Nest.js proficiency
• Database: Experience with relational database design
• Experience with designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs
• Unit & integration testing capabilities across the stack
• Experience with Git and Github workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with web application security best practices

• Experience with React or other modern frameworks
• UI/UX design principles
• Web accessibility knowledge
• Performance optimization techniques
• Strapi CMS experience
• CI/CD implementation experience
• Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Quiet, distraction-free work environment with stable internet
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and physical work location within the United State is required due to contractual obligations
• Must pass a background check
