Job Description
Aretum is looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, .NET, and PostgreSQL to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects that involve building and maintaining web applications that are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
You will collaborate with team members across various disciplines to gather requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experiences. Your understanding of both frontend and backend technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:- Aretum is seeking an accountable, passionate, proactive, and adaptable full-stack software developer. This role requires expertise in .NET Core version 6 or higher software development, PostgreSQL database development and management (Code-first and Database-first approaches), Docker containerization, and coding experience using React.js (or other JavaScript frameworks).
- The position involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while leveraging PostgreSQL in containerized Azure Cloud environments.
- You will work cross-functionally in an Agile environment to develop an application using .NET architecture focusing on Entity Framework.
- Must be flexible, able to work in a highly collaborative environment, juggle multiple tasks at once, and work independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Be comfortable working directly with the Project Manager to support client needs.
- Must have superior interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-10 years of directly related software development experience
- Proven experience in developing complex systems as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js/.NET/PostgreSQL
- 5+ years of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on database development (or DBA) experience
- 3-5 years of PostgreSQL database development
- 3+ years of microservices development
- 3+ years of RESTful web services and/or API experience
- Experience with .NET Core version 6 or above, JavaScript, React, or Angular v16 or higher
- Experience with Visual Studio Ultimate 2017/2019/+, Azure DevOps, and Git
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Containerization experience on Windows servers with Docker and Kubernetes
Preferred Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core
- Experience with developing on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Helm a PLUS
