Job Overview:

Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Wage Information:

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $28.60.

Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience including cash & credit cards in a service provider industry; hospitality a plus

Friendly and outgoing with a good attitude and professionalism

Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Ability to multi-task, make solid business decisions with minimal supervision and work well under pressure

Computer knowledge using a windows environment

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Availability for days, nights, mid shifts, weekends and holidays required
