These are available for individuals of all ages. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides services in a comfortable, friendly setting. Position Title: Receptionist Position Type: Full; 35 Hours/Weekly; Some evening coverage as needed Benefits Eligible: No Location: Toms River, NJ (Some travel between offices in Berkeley & Point Pleasant) Department: Outpatient Salary: $15.00 Hourly Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet consumers
• Schedule appointments and follow up with consumers as needed
• Accurate handling and storing of medical
• Handle incoming mail and ensure proper routing
• Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed
• Handles consumer requests and forwards to corresponding staff

• High School Diploma or equivalent
