Our office in Honolulu, HI is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. To thrive in this role, you will need to be an energetic, organized professional who is diligent about meeting deadlines and following through.

Job type: Full time, in person

Schedule: M-F, 8;30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors
  • Answer phones and field calls in a professional manner
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Keep the conference room and kitchen always organized and clean
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of office events, including client meetings, office lunches and presentations
  • Manage office care services
  • Direct contact for corporate administration
  • Point of contact with property management for any communication
  • Point of contact with outside IT company
  • CRM data support for sales and marketing teams
  • Overseeing the setup of the event space.
  • Managing the event on the day, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
  • Assist with administrative support as needed and other responsibilities from the Office Manager

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional environment
  • Front Desk or Administrative office experience required
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required specifically Zoom, Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Must exhibit a solid professional business image
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
