Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative staff and internsboth in office and remote
• Organize team meetings, client events, and staff activities
• Manage office budget and expenses
• Manage Talent Acquisition System
• Manage onboarding of new hires
• Assist with human resource management
• Manage vendor contracts for office equipment, supplies, and maintenance
• Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.
• Liaise with IT to address technology needs, issues, and optimization
• Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
• Manage special projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a pleasant and efficient office environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum two years of management or other relevant work experience

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm

• In-Person

Compensation:

• $75,000 annually
