Fisher Phillips seeks associates with 3?5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida bar and hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Ideal candidates will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
