Title : Forensic Engineering
Location : Fort Lauderdale FL (8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our Forensic Engineering Department. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact. You'll work with a talented team, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position provides both flexibility and responsibility in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of buildings and structures
Prepare written reports following inspection and code guidelines
Review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance
Estimate material, equipment, and labor costs
Attend project meetings and address inquiries from various stakeholders
Follow office policies, standards, and project schedules
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university
Professional Engineering license (PE)
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
2 years of post-degree work experience in construction, design, inspection, or estimating
Experience working onsite and conforming to drawings, specifications, and plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and clients
Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail
Experience with contractors, time management, and industry-applied methods
