About the role
Providing seamless experience with parking and fleet management to reserve parking spaces along with fleet administrative support.
What you'll do
Co-ordinating
parking availability, security passes and the booking in of visitors and
clients
Carrying
out risk assessments for tasks and operations in scope
Provide
administrative support for fleet client, also coordinate client fleet
administration
Holistic
fleet management
Handling
of vehicle handovers (familiarization with the vehicle, recording of
damages, keeping a log)
Handling
and control of contract management including invoice verification and
approval
Monitoring
parking space and availability.
What you'll need
Previous
experience in parking/ fleet management with at least one year of related
experience.
Awareness
of workplace health and safety.
Previous
parking coordinating and administrative experience.
Previous
experience working with third parties and contractors.
Experience
in working with customers and clients, and able to build effective working
relationships.
Exceptional
customer service.

New Jersey State Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate?s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $18-20/hr.
