Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry is seeking an attorney a First-Party Property Associate with 4-5 2-5 years of experience for its downtown St. Petersburg, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated first-party property experience, including independent case management, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending mediations and case management conferences/court hearings. The successful candidate must be a well-organized self-starter and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently, while keeping key stakeholders informed of case status.
