The law firm is actively recruiting an experienced attorney to join the Financial Services group in our Charlotte office. The position can accommodate a Senior level Associate or Junior level Partner. The candidate?s experience should be with representation of financial institutions in commercial lending transactions. We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has at least 4+ years of experience and is licensed to practice in NC, or can apply by comity.
