Job Description


We are seeking class year 2022-2017 associates with mortgage loan warehouse facility experience to join our Global Finance group. Dechert?s team represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with mortgage loan warehouse transactions utilizing repurchase facility and loan-on-loan structures. Our team is a leader in this space and we represent most of the major warehouse facility providers in the commercial real estate market. Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. We are looking for: Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending. Hands on experience in the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities. Experience as a key member of the deal teams, including running key aspects of transactions from term sheet through closing. Commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse experience preferred, but will consider more general ABS warehouse experience. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
