Kennedys, a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global firm, seeks a law firm serving insurers and the London market, is seeking motivated and self-starting mid-level litigation and dispute resolution Associate dynamic attorneys to join its dynamic national and rapidly growing Financial Lines Coverage practice to represent insurer interests international financial lines practice. The position can be based in high exposure matters.Basking Ridge, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia or San Francisco, as our culture fosters global collaboration daily.
Our ideal candidate will
Candidates should have litigation and dispute resolution experience in any one or more of the following insurance lines of coverage: financial institutions, directors & officers officers? liability, management liability (public and private entity), professional liability, bank liability, crime, fidelity, product recall, miscellaneous errors & omissions, political risk, employment practices, and other similar coverage lines. Candidates should also have an interest in marketing and thought leadership efforts through practice related publications, professional association involvement and other similar opportunities.
This position can be based in New York City, Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago or San Francisco.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the respective state they are applying to work available. Competitive salary in. Additional admissions in other states, a plus.
Competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, and benefits offered.package offered. 1920 hour requirement. Will consider hybrid work arrangements.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $125,000-$210,000; however, actual salary is contingent upon level of position ranges from $170,000-$220,000. Other factors such as skills, experience, practice group, qualification, and location may determine actual salary. Qualified Senior Associates and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Required experience
- Litigation Special Counsel may have a higher range and dispute resolution experience in state and federal courts and/or private arbitration.
- Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
- JD required from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois or California.
- At least 3 years experience, preferred, but not required.
