Job Description

This position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie?s Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional Finance stakeholders to plan, track, and analyze AbbVie?s Cash Conversion Cycle metrics (i.e., DPO, DSO, DOH) for monthly reviews, Plan, LBEs and LRP

Assist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum and other management packages

Prepare quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings calls

Collaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publications

Support Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliation

Compile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting Package

Support Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis in driving high visibility special project(s)

Ad-hoc analysis (e.g. P&L profiles, Growth Metrics, R&D Analytics, peer comparison) as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.

Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions

Strong attention to detail

Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear and concise manner

Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities

Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus

Salary:

$103,500 - $197,000
