Finance Corporate Trust Mid Level Associate

Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in structured finance, particularly in representing trustees and/or collateral agents.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with the flexibility to be based in any state where Troutman Pepper Locke has an office. The role involves representing trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions, providing legal advice and support on a variety of structured finance matters, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, and collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they practice.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $305,000, dependent on years of experience.
