1. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, passed on the first attempt.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, compliance, or accounting.
3. Proficiency in English we are a US-India team, and clear communication is essential.
4. Expertise in compliance frameworks, tax laws, and financial governance.
