Who You Are

• You have 3-5 years of law firm experience, primarily representing banks, other institutional lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured loan transactions across various domestic and cross-border finance transactions.
• Preference is given to candidates with specific experience in leveraged lending, syndicated lending and sponsor finance.
• You have demonstrated experience with leveraged finance, although candidates with other debt finance experience will be considered.
• You are skilled in drafting, editing, and reviewing financial documents, including loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, commitment papers and closing documentation.
• You are proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• You can communicate complex matters clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and are committed to delivering excellent client service.
• You have a strong work ethic, team player attitude and an action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.
• You demonstrate high initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant?s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

Boston, MA annual salary range: $390,000 to $435,000

New York, NY annual salary range: $390,000 to $435,000
