OWL Services is Hiring a Field Service Technician!

Location: Memphis, TN (On-Site / Field-Based) Schedule: Full-Time | 24/7 On-Call Rotation | 30?40% Overnight Travel Pay Rate: $23?$25/hour Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly)

Overview OWL Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment in the field. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, safety-focused professional who enjoys troubleshooting and working independently. As a technician, you will be the front line of service, ensuring critical systems such as POS equipment, alarms, and security devices operate efficiently across client locations.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment
• Service devices such as cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
• Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Travel 30?40% overnight, including support for installations and upgrades
• Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile devices

Requirements Must Have

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and be a strong problem-solver
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to safety protocols
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Ability to travel 30?40% overnight
• Good driving record
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones

• Experience with POS systems (Verifone, NCR)
• Experience with alarm systems
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment
• Ability to complete service requests professionally and efficiently
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
• Experience using testing devices and hand/power tools
• Willingness to support installations and upgrades in other regions
