Field Service Technician

The Ammortal Chamber brings together multiple scientifically backed technologies into one experience. It is a healing technology that can be utilized by wellness clinics and inside the home. Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes.

We are a small team with a startup culture. After our first full year shipping a finished product on the market, we have shown strong growth. Our team is made up of engineers, health professionals, and startup entrepreneurs.

As we continue expanding, this role offers hands-on experience, opportunities to grow into leadership, and the chance to make a tangible impact by developing and delivering cutting-edge wellness technology. You'll collaborate across disciplines to innovate and shape technologies that enhance well-being for our clients.

Ammortal is now delivering, installing, and servicing Chambersall over the country. In a very short period of time there will be 100+ Chambers in the field and 5-6 new chambers being installed each month. In order to create an amazing experience for our customers, and keep Chambers in the field delivering powerful healing experiences to users, we require a team of technicians that can maintain the fleet. This role is a critical piece to delivering that wow experience.

1. Deliver and Install Chambers for customers
2. Service Chambers in the field
3. Drive the Airstream to events
4. Maintenance on Ammortal vehicles
5. Ground support for manufacturing and supply chain around the Asheville area

1. Install experience survey: Customers rate the install experience a 9 out of 10
2. Serviced Chambers back online: A serviced chamber stays back online without issues
3. Airstream delivery quality: The airstream and driver safely get to events without any dinks or accidents

1. Reliable: Our Chamber is a health and wellness product that people who have serious health issues rely on to alleviate and help bring them back to health. We are on a mission to empower people to live healthy lives. Our brand is all about a high end experience from start to finish. The install is a crucial part of that. We expect our team members to be reliable and trustworthy. This includes keeping your word to both the team and the customer.
2. Attention to Detail: Our machine is very complex. Installing these machines and servicing them takes a detail oriented person. We also move very fast as a team, keeping the details together helps us all move more efficiently together. This includes following the pre and post delivery checklists.
3. Clean and organized: Our Chamber promotes a feeling of calm, quiet confidence. Our teammates espouse this as well. We like our vehicles clean, and our tool kits organized.
4. High Communication: We'd rather over communicate than under communicate. This includes communicating any challenges or blockers you face in the field. This also includes being able to communicate over Slack, Zoom, and other communication tools we use.

Required

• Mechanical experience, at least 3 years.
• Experience driving large vehicles over 30 feet long.

• Pay range: $60,000 + bonus opportunities to earn upwards of $90,000.

• Hours: Hours can vary greatly depending on the week. Some weeks you may be driving across the country for an install in CA, some weeks you will be off completely to rest after that cross country trip
